First Degree - Starting Reiki

Taking the First Degree of Reiki enables you to treat yourself, family and friends with this wonderful natural therapy. Many people decide to learn Reiki after having experienced treatments and realised the benefits, it is also very cost effective for those who have ongoing conditions or problems which benefit from Reiki.

You will be taught the history of Reiki and how to use it in your daily life.

You will be given four attunements which are empowering ceremonies to connect you to the Reiki energy, learn how to self-treat and to give others a treatment.

All students are given a comprehensive training manual and at the end of the course are awarded a certificate testifying to the completion of the First Degree of Reiki.

Students are asked to do twenty-one days self-healing after the First Degree course to enable them to deal with any mental or emotional issues which may arise, and to help adjust to the Reiki energy.

I am always available to all students for ongoing suppport, help and advice no matter when, or how long ago, you did your course.
